The building is designed to accommodate six apartments – 5 flats and one doublex - each with a unique identity, combined within a clustered envelope that flatters the shape and topography of the land and its surrounding. Three types of stones where used – matabeh 50 cm, tobzeh 12.5cm, and brushed tiles 50x50 cm – to highlight the designed hierarchy of masses, in addition to dark grooved marble panels as an accent material. The overall look of the building is a morphology between a single house (villa) design and a typical apartment building.
